December 10 - Jubilee Kitchen

At Jubilee Kitchen, food is a basic right that they seek to provide.  At the Kitchen and through their Pantry they insure security around this basic need. For persons living in poverty and afflicted with all of its scars, having food security and a trusting community allows them to cope much better with the other challenges of their lives.

Past Events:

February 12 - Sojourner House

Sojourner House provides residential recovery services to mothers and children in the Pittsburgh area.  Sojourner House believes women can shatter the chains of addiction and hopelessness when surrounded by what means most to them: their children.

June 11 - Thomas Brown Alton Foundation

Created in memory of Thomas Brown Alton, the Foundation supports activities that address the needs of children and young adults with behavioral or mental health related disorders. The Foundation also contributes to improved mental or behavioral health through athletics and the arts.

September 10 - Assemble

Assemble offers daily educational programs to youth throughout Pittsburgh, both in their 4824 Penn Avenue space and at local schools and community centers. The programs provide a platform for experiential learning, open creative processes, and building confidence through making.
